By purchasing or using an SEO.AGENCY plan, you agree to these basic service terms.

Services

SEO.AGENCY provides search engine optimization services such as setup, technical and on-site optimization, UX-focused SEO improvements, content work, audit reports, support, and monthly progress notes according to the selected plan. Link building is only included when purchased as a separate link package.

No ranking guarantee

Search rankings are affected by competition, search engine changes, website quality, location, and other factors. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic number, lead count, or revenue result.

Link building

Link packages use manual outreach and placement coordination. We review relevance and basic quality before placement, but we do not guarantee specific rankings from any link, and publisher acceptance can affect timing.

Client access and cooperation

Some work may require website access, analytics access, business details, or timely answers from the client. Delays in access or information can delay delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, or Braintree. Do not send card details by email.
